かぐわしい魅惑の液体
「トゥロウペ」は、1920年代のレトロな雰囲気を表現しようとして造られたワインです。特に、そのボトルデザインは、一世を風靡したパリのムーラン・ルージュなどのナイトクラブをイメージしています。しかし、そのワイン自体は、スペイン・ガリシア州の原産地リアス・バイシャス特産のブドウ、アルバリーニョのみを使用して造られた極めて「真面目な」ワインです。アルバリ―ニョの特徴であるその高貴な香りは、モモ、洋ナシ、パッション・フルーツなどの果物を思わせ、またふと、バラのような香りも鼻腔をくすぐるでしょう。口に含むと、まず爽やかなアルバリ―ニョ独特の酸味が感じられ、しかし、全体としてバランスの取れた、とても飲み心地の良いワインです。貴方も一杯いかがですか。
マル・デ・エンベロ：
印象的、エレガント、芳しい芳香
この醸造法は斬新なものに見えるかもしれないが、 白ワインをボトルの中で寝かせることによってその質を良くするというのは、実はかなり前から行われていた。まず、葡萄の汁と皮と一緒に低温で休ませることから始まる。その後、冷やすのを止めて、自然な状態で温度を少しずつ上げて、アルコール発酵をさせる。ステンレス容器の中で、シュルリーをかけて（酵母の残りなどの澱と一緒に寝かせる）、ワインに奥行きを持たせるが、熟成させる期間は収穫年によって異なる。このように、シュルリーをかけることによって、アルバリーニョの特徴であるフルーティーな香りが高まり、口の中いっぱいに広がるワインができるのである。

樽入れした白ワインについて
「マル・デ・エンベロ」が、新しいチャレンジとして生み出した白ワインです。私どもは、アルバリーニョの葡萄を使用した白ワイン造りを何年もの間行ってきましたが、その間、この葡萄は、非常に高品質の白ワインを造るために、樽入れするに値する特徴を持っているということを確認することができました。その結果、樽入れしながら、アルバリーニョの葡萄の特徴を最大限に生かし引き出すことを可能にすることができました。限定生産で年間700本、シリアル番号付き。

Mar de Envero Ecological White Wine On Its Lees
Mar de Envero Ecological White Wine On Its Lees, a Treixadura monovarietal aged on its lees, is a new example of the interest of our winery in making wines that explore the particularities of native varieties giving a sense of place by talking about their land. It is the first Treixadura monovarietal with Organic Certification produced in the DO Rías Baixas appellation, and has a limited production of 2,000 numbered bottles.

Volandia is a Mencía single variety wine that will draw special attention to the passionate and curious of wine. Artisan winemaking with grapes from old vineyards of the Ribeira Sacra and aged through oak barrels of prestigious French cooperage, it stands out for its ability to age and remain in optimal conditions for years. Appreciates time in the glass as it opens and expands its aromatic record, showing sensory qualities and gaining complexity. Limited production of 2.700 numbered bottles.
Volandia Godello | Barrel Aging
Volandia Godello Barrica es un vino blanco que se hace hueco en tierra de tintos. Si bien los vinos de esta variedad de uva resultan muy escasos en la Ribeira Sacra, esta singularidad se ve acentuada tanto por su inusual elaboración en barrica como por sus limitadas 850 botellas. Para la crianza de este vino se ha elegido una madera de características concretas y especiales, con el objetivo de que se pueda apreciar plenamente la variedad de uva.
